Barbershop Case Study

Iron Fade is a concept website created for a modern barbershop centered on clean craftsmanship and a relaxed customer experience. The project began with an AI-generated concept, which I then rebuilt in Wix Studio using a more strategic, mobile-first approach. The goal was to create a professional and approachable website that clearly communicates the shop’s services, showcases its work, builds trust, and guides visitors toward booking an appointment.

The final design uses bold typography, high-contrast visuals, clear pricing, haircut photography, customer reviews, and a simple booking section to create a natural path from discovery to action. While AI helped provide an early starting point, the finished website demonstrates how thoughtful UX, clear messaging, and conversion-focused structure turn a basic layout into a functional tool for a small business.
